Hwaiyuh Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1991, covering 1,700 square meters with registered capital USD350,000 & hasing about 25 employees.

Shanghai Fuyun Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1998, covering 3,300 square meters with registered capital USD1,000,000 & hasing about 80 employees.

Jiaxing Dayun Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2004, covering 13,800 square meters with registered capital USD2,000,000 & hasing about 180 employees.
